Qualifications
Archetype Consulting provides all aspects of support for business intelligence, data warehousing / data integration and business performance management project implementations. Archetype is responsible for servicing customers in a variety of industries to deliver systems analysis, design, development, testing, documentation, training, infrastructure services and support of solutions. Generally associates will work on teams reporting to an Engagement Manager and/or a Practice Lead.
The associate will take on various roles throughout their career and depending on the specifics of each client assignment, unique qualifications may be relevant. However, there are certain qualifications that all associates must possess:
Education & Training
- An undergraduate degree or equivalent is required, preferably in the Computer Science or Business area.
- Certifications in related technology products are preferred.
Required Knowledge
- Strong business background, necessary to interact with the client’s management to determine their information requirements.
- Thorough knowledge of systems development lifecycle including systems analysis and implementation practices and procedures.
Experience Requried
- Minimum of 2 years in the Business Intelligence, Data Warehouse or Business Performance Management field, OR minimum of 2 years of related development experience and business experience.
Skills & Abilities
- Ability to work independently and also as part of a team.
- Must possess a proven ability to solve business problems.
- Solid analytical and technical skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills – written and verbal.
